Dear all, 

I would like to record a CBeebies series for my daughter as all the episodes available on IPlayer don't appear on the normal search. 
How can I go about? I've tried with the recursive pid option but got nowhere.

Please can anybody help?

What was the command that you used? pid-recursive would download all available episodes.

I used this

get_iplayer --pid b04xdngw --pid-recursive

Or so I think. At the moment I'm recording 5 pids of the series, so can't repeat exactly what I've done before.

Works fine here. Since you didn't expand on "got nowhere", we must assume something is askew with your system, though it is more likely that one of the CDNs was simply misbehaving for a while.

Thank you. I have tried with using --get and the URL and then the recursive --pid and it worked!
